There is a grub screw in the main body under the cartridge , remove this and the cartridge should pull out , it may be abit stiff but it will come . Buy a brand new Aqualisa Midas 1high pressure thermostatic cartridge assembly (Aqualisa 518101). I believe the thermostatic cartridge has failed on my Midas 1shower. The flow rate is really poor, especially at higher temperatures.
